Knee Arthroscopy How Long Should I Be Off Work For Knee Arthroscopy?

How long should I be off work for knee arthroscopy? - knee arthroscopy

I have a knee surgery a week and have only requested the day and the day after my surgery off. After doing some research on the surgery, I think it's pretty long. I want to know what kind of program that I told my employer. I work in a place I can go very far. What should I do?

Although arthroscopic surgery can return to work much faster, I think it is better to have a week off. I wish I had done in January, lasted 2 weeks free, but probably could have returned after 1 week. Exercises, however, in the first week, it is important to stand and walk and do, but work will be overstated and could impede the healing process. They are very swollen and in severe pain, who work every day. If you go back, it is very important that you are able to sit and hold your leg as much as possible. Please do not be too much, you can set and has damage to the doctor only when you start the operation? Talk to your doctor. It could provide a "light" form for your employer. Good luck!
